Carbon Solutions will no longer accept SunPower monitored systems

In light of recent news regarding SunPower's voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, Carbon Solutions will no longer accept SunPower monitored systems, effective immediately.

If you have already installed a system, an exception will be made if the following is provided: a Permission to Operate or Certificate of Completion dated August 7, 2024, or earlier, or a parts invoice dated August 7, 2024, or earlier. If you encounter a situation that falls outside the exceptions listed above, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Given the uncertainty going regarding the continuance of the SunPower monitoring platform, we believe it is not in the best interest of our customers or Carbon Solutions to continue supporting projects whose equipment rely on this platform.

We will revisit receiving projects that utilize SunPower monitoring if and when new information arises, providing clarity on the future of the platform.
