Carbon Solutions SREC Designee Management Plan (August 2024)

Effective September 1, 2024, Illinois Shines requires each Approved Vendor to have an implemented Designee Management Plan to oversee Designees and ensure compliance with Program requirements (p.40, Illinois Power Agency’s Consumer Protection Handbook).

This notice serves to inform all of Carbon Solutions SREC's (CSS) designees of our newly updated Carbon Solutions SREC Designee Management Plan which will be distributed via Docusign to each of our installers and designees shortly.

The purpose of the plan is to provide enhanced guidance and oversight for our partners participating in the Illinois Adjustable Block Program. The plan outlines essential protocols and expectations to ensure adherence to both Carbon Solutions SREC and Program requirements.

Carbon Solutions SREC requires that Designees thoroughly understand and comply with the requirements outlined, which is reinforced through the mandatory Designee Attestation Form, located at the end of the plan.

To confirm understanding and compliance with these requirements, we ask each Designee to sign the Designee Attestation Form no later than August 2, 2024.
