Minimum Equity Standard (MES) Year-End Report for the 2023-24 Program Year (Due 7/15/24)

The Illinois Shines ABP requires each Designee to submit a Minimum Equity Standard (MES) Year-End Report for the 2023-24 Program Year.

This report aims to collect project workforce data from each entity participating in the Illinois Shines Adjustable Block Program, ensuring compliance with the Program requirement that at least 10% of the project workforce consists of Equity Eligible Persons (EEPs) for the 2023-24 Program Year.

The deadline to submit the report is July 15, 2024. You can complete the report using this form.

Please note, Designees are only required to submit an MES Annual Report, while all Approved Vendors also must submit an AV Annual Report for the 2023-24 Program Year.
