While our integrations offer remarkable benefits, it's important to understand their capabilities and limitations:

Limitations:

• Customization Dependency: Some information transfer may depend on customizations within your modeling software. Not all data may be transferred automatically.

• Documentation Not Transferred: It's worth noting that while customer and system information is pre-filled, actual project documentation is not transferred. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure the accuracy of the information in your documentation.

Getting Started: A Simple Process

1. Fill out CSG's Request Form: Begin by filling out our request form. This is the initial step to initiate the integration process.

2. Provide Pertinent Information: Share the necessary details with us. Depending on whether you're integrating with Aurora or Solo, you'll need to provide specific information (see below).

3. CSG Activation: Once we receive your information, our team will enable the integration for your company. We'll also confirm the successful integration with you.
