ABP: Certificate of Completion (COC)

Documentation for systems will include a Certificate of Completion from the Utility Company - showing a signature and date of when the utility approved the energization of the solar system on the property.

The Certificate of Completion of Interconnection or Certificate of Completion (COC) or Permission To Operate (PTO), which may also be titled Appendix B,  must be signed by the EDC. Upload the entire COC, but ensure that it has been signed by the EDC.

The Certificate of Completion is a one to two page document that confirms the installation is completed and the final electric inspector has signed off with approval. Please ensure that all signatures that are asked for within the document are completed. Below are examples.
